We take your interest in our pole buildings very seriously. Once we receive your phone call we will set up an appointment to meet with you on your building site at your convenience, Monday through Saturday 8-6 P.M. Once we agree on the building size and your choice of color we will write up a contract, sign it, and shake hands on the agreement. At that time, our job begins with obtaining your blueprints and all building permits required.
When dirt work begins we will drill holes, set poles, and pour and finish the concrete floor if desired. At this point fifty percent of the contract total is due. The building will be completed, and all required inspections by the county will be done, at this point, final payment will be due. Most pole buildings from start to finish take us anywhere between 5 to 20 working days to be completed. If the weather permits, we work year-round.
In a nutshell, all our business needs are your interest in our company and pole buildings. Once we have your interest we will go to work as a team to meet your pole-building dreams. Our biggest goal is another happy customer when the project is completed.
